Shane Shumake - Owner

Shane started working in construction at the age of 14 in his Grandfather’s business and is one of the most qualified and gifted contractors in the DFW area, brining almost 50 years of experience. In his spare time he likes spending time with his 5 children and 4 grandchildren, managing his farm with his wife, and working in his shop.

Tanner Shumake - Project Manager

Tanner is Shane’s oldest son and would say he has been a part of the family business since he was born, though Tanner officially joined the Silverleaf Team in 2008. During his down time, Tanner enjoys playing with his newborn, Louise, gaming with his wife, and visiting/hiking through various parts of the Rocky Mountains.

Juan Perez - Site Supervisor

Juan joined the SIlverleaf team in 2017 and is considered one of the family. Before Silverleaf, Juan worked in various construction fields bringing over 10 years of experience to the table. Juan’s hobbies include tinkering around his place and occasionally playing basketball and volleyball.
